Google Panda was released to come cracking down on spam, content farms, scrapers, and websites with a high ad-to-content ratio. A good initiative from Google but caused havoc in the web industry because suddenly the websites were no longer shown in search engine or kicked back in the list.

With this sudden drop of the website ranking the need for SEO became the priority but moreover the way the designing and marketing of websites was done also changed.

We seized this opportunity and added SEO to our arsenal.

A total of 456 Projects across designing, marketing and SEO were successfully completed by the end of 2011.

 Most of us study something in colleges but have a totally different career path. This was felt by our founder as well, who is an Electronics and Communications’ major, so decided to expand this venture.

With this new venture there arose a need to connect these prototypes to the internet to gather data. We expanded our engineer’s skill set and now we had multi-domain developers in our arsenal.

However different the companies were (ESK and EmbedTech), they had a total of 60+ employees working fulltime for a creative and better future.

Be it a small LED design to a complex gesture based system, a simple intruder detection system to a complex RFID based car peripherals, a simple communications encryptor to a defense prototype; we did it all.

A total of 742 Projects across ESK Studios & EmbedTech Solutions were successfully completed in 2012.

After 2012 the world saw a shift in IT Infrastructure when Cloud Computing, Big Data, AI, Security and Biometrics etc. were no longer just theoretical research papers. Big and Small Companies started migrating towards these technologies. A large number of applications shed their shell and became SAAS. Datacenter providers turned towards IAAS and PAAS.

We felt the need to tap into these markets and thus a big makeover happened within our entities. ESK Studios dipped its feet into SaaS and EmbedTech Solutions in consumer electronics specifically in Security and Biometrics. But a big market was still left untouched IT Infrastructure. Not Anymore.

 A major shift was seen in the working of the three companies, automation was introduced into the core workings on the companies. This automation helped us save money and reinvest our funds & human resources to our companies.

With this automation our workforce didn’t reduce but increased and we touched 150+ mark. This redistribution of funds and human resources helped us stabilize and enhance our portfolio.

With automation, optimization and redistribution we achieved a total of 1343 Projects across ESK Studios, EmbedTech Solutions and Abyss Technology in 2013.

With resources in multiple technology, automation and our constant thirst to give our best, our founder decided to unify all the three companies and it gave birth to an idea of unified portfolio.

It was not as easy as said to merge the companies. But was enough to begin the planning.

The planning of this unified portfolio began.

Even with majority resources working on planning we achieved a total of 993 Projects across ESK Studios, EmbedTech Solutions and Abyss Technology in 2014.

 With our founders the company stepped into the market with one of the versatile portfolios. With that portfolio we were able to step up as Managed Services Provider with a single goal

Because of the unique combination of our “Pure Cloud and Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure”, Automation Tools, Proactive Jeopardy Management, Network Topology and Monitoring Tools; Ultriico Softwares was quickly able to switch to a Hybrid Work Model, empowering work from home for our team members without any service deficiency to our customers.

A Zero Trust Architecture allows the much needed “never trust, always verify” strategy. A Zero Trust Architecture combined with Cloud Hosted Working Environments where the data never leaves the cloud became the need of the hour.

At Ultriico, we were already using a variation of this strategy but when our customers’ requirements changed to similar architecture, we stepped up not only for our customers but for ourselves too. Turning our own infrastructure into a Zero Trust Architecture helped up with the kinks of this new strategy. This in turn allowed us to successfully test and implement the complex requirements for our customers.

We successfully migrated 390+ customers to this challenging new Zero Trust Architecture providing them the flexibility and security needed to navigate in this ever-changing cybersecurity landscape.
